In this case, perhaps a bit of explanation of my views are in order.

Beneath the soil of much of Eastern Washington and Western Idaho is a
vast, relatively uncharted aquifer on which over 150,000 people rely for
their drinking water. At least, as of the year 1995, which is the last
report I possess from it being thoroughly tested for contaminants, it
tested *over* 99.9% pure. This aquifer is the sole-source drinking water
for several large cities as well as a handful of small towns and villages.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway chose a small town, Hauser, Idaho,
directly *over* the aquifer, to build their diesel locomotive refueling
depot despite a long history of such facilities contaminating the ground
water and streams and bodies of water nearby these facilities. Many local
environmental groups objected to the facility being built over such a
vital resource as the Eastern Washington/Idaho aquifer, but they were
overridden by the tremendous legal and administrative capabilities of the
railroad, since the railroad is no stranger to litigation regarding their
past history of fuel spills.

Fortunately today the court issued an injunction against Burlington
Northern forcing them to shut the entire refueling facility down until
such time as they demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of their
containment vessel to prevent contamination of the aquifer.

In this instance, as I cannot speak about other events, other instances,
since nearly everyone reading this message in Eastern Washington and Idaho
depends upon this same aquifer for their drinking water, the only act of
terrorism to date seems to have been the railroad building such a massive
refueling depot without taking *every* technological and scientific means
to prevent ground water contamination, which court documents today state
emphatically they did not.

There are voluminous studies available both online in the scientific
journals which describe in technical detail the past offenses of
Burlington Northern where it concerns massive contamination of both the
topsoil and ground water. No one is repressing Burlington Northern; in
fact it is the other way around, for they are repressing the public's
right to safe drinking water in lieu of their own fiduciary interests.
