Good evening, Dr. Tame... Dr Chris R. Tame wrote:

No, only as far as Liberty Northwest, which is the libertarian newsgroup established by Frank Reichert over fifteen years ago, which has grown into a mailing list and Usenet newsgroup over the years. Granted, I'll concede my activities over the years would not tend to make me famous. However, I submit it has been a distinct pleasure discussing issues with various people I have met on Liberty Northwest during the last two decades. > Since trolling is an activity engaged in only by malicious lunatics your > confession is truly surprising. I submit that trolling, particularly when it is used to create or promote discourse, is an artform practiced widely in Usenet around the world. Of course, you are entitled to your opinion, but that is the highly Americanized version of what I sometimes attempt to perform. Perhaps it missed something in translation and, for that, I apologize. > Why the fact of someone replying to a posting on a discussion list is > "worthy of consideration" is beyond me. Since I have not read anything you have written in this newsgroup before, from my perspective *anything* you say is worthy of consideration, is it not? Based upon that, what part of my statement are you calling into question? > Moreover, since your posting was in the same vein as your earlier Green > Slime posting in which anyone who does not worship the environment was > idiotically defined as a "terrorist" (a remarkable piece of linguistic > ledgermain that you subsequently failed to justify), I am not sure I > believe your current confession of trollery - a confession of idiocy, I > would. You would what? If one is to accuse another of idiocy, surely the accuser should, for the purposes of absolute clarity, complete sentences in a lucid and straightforward manner. This misuse of grammar vaguely reminds me of another, Dr. Sheets, who appeared regularly on Liberty Northwest a few years ago. I find that interesting, but perhaps unrelated. Please tell me more about yourself, your involvement in libertarianism, and anything else you wish to share about yourself and/or your libertarian philosophy.
