of 23.
Well, for once in my life, I have to admit, your statistical fatuation for minute details is a breath of fresh air so to speak.
Since the US is quickly moving on fast track in the same direction as Canada, how statistically is the US in terms of OECD countries, say over the last decade or so, stacking up in terms of ranking?
