Maybe you don't understand that I was including in "procedural votes" all
the votes that affect passage of a bill.

I think you're shooting from the hip -- that if you posted a compilation of
all those votes for a significant period of time, you'd find that you were
on the average Republican's side of far more than 50% of all votes.  Do you
have such a recent compilation you can post here and quiz yourself on?
