Hello Fabiano, NetBSD has a very peculiar version numbering. As described in the https://www.netbsd.org/releases/release-map.html link NetBSD 7.2 is the result of the development of the NetBSD-7 branch. Therefore, it is derived from 7.0 and is an update of 7.1. Regards, Vicente.
