I think I see it--the vc-libpqxx.mak template had backslashes instead of
regular slashes as directory separators in some of the "foreach" globs!
Assuming that regular slashes will also work under Windows, all that needs
to be done is to replace those. If not, then we'll need a "re.sub('/',
os.sep, pattern)" in the obvious place.
