Hi Bart, Jeroen, finally I tried on a newly VS.NET2005 machine, and I got the libpqxx compiled in a moment (with some minor warnings). I only had to manually create the "lib" directory to avoid linker failure. Now i'll get a new .net2003 install (that's a requirement i have - the .net2005 was only a quick start to confirm Jeroen indication about my wrong cl.exe settings/installation) and go on working.
