Accounts are available, in most cases, for a year period, based on the
resource and requirements of the partnership (each page will be clear on
that requirement). Moreover, if you think you will be creating content
related to access through one of the databases: feel free to sign up. We
are having a lot of success in getting more partners and partnerships are
expanding rapidly (I almost have 3 more minor databases of newspapers and
biographical info beyond BNA signed, and am in talks with 2-3 major
publishers that seem productive. Jake has a similar list of possible
engagers). You can always return access to an account, and for many of
these we can redistribute the access to another user.
