Dear Mr. Elaigu, You seem to be mistaking the purpose of this mailing list. It exists to discuss the various ways libraries and librarian communities can collaborate with Wikimedia volunteers and Wikimedia organizations.
It does not deal in reviewing books. I refer you to the many other sites and services that do.
