Then you might be interested in this event! 🌿 🦋 🌱🐦🌰🦎🪻🐒 The Biodiversity Heritage Library <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Biodiversity_Heritage_Library> (BHL) Wikimedia Working Group is organizing three events to help illustrate Wikipedia in Spanish (already accomplished <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Event:1Pic1Bio_(Spanish)>), French, and Portuguese with images from the institutions' South American and African collections enriched with structured data on Wikimedia Commons. The events will feature presentations about BHL, its Wikimedia working group, and the activities of their Wikimedian in Residence with structured data, as well as how to add images to Wikipedia articles. The expeditions and production context of the illustrations that led to the construction of BHL's collections will also be discussed.
