Pity I never got that proposal through,
"Most PMC actions require a "super-majority vote", where at least 3/4's
of the current PMC members must cast a positive vote for the action to
be approved. When computation of 3/4's of the current membership does
not produce a whole number, the result shall be rounded the nearest
whole number (.5 and higher rounds up)."
Hit some snag with Anakai here, and was never able to build the XML so I
could submit it ;-(
