The URL doesn't seem to work as of 9:34pm EST, so I won't vote until I
can read what we are voting for.

To be clear, I am +1 on all of what I remember we have so far, and will
play in whatever sandbox we come up with.

However, I still think that we can accomodate all three proposed models
- taglibs (group hug with a theme), Agora (group hug w/o a theme), and
mini-jakarta (separate Jakarta-style tribal mini-projects) under the
same project scope without ursurping anything from Jakarta proper,
without excluding interested participants, and without building walls
between tribes.

I am not going to post a rehash of what I believe we should include to
spare everyone who still reads what I post :)- it's all in there in the
last 2+ weeks of conversation.  But I will note that I think its
something important to do.  The Jakarta model works.  The fact that so
many of us are here together arguing about this, flame free,  proves
that.
