Conor MacNeill has indicated an interest in being added to the initial
list of Commons committers.
I've admired Conor's work on Ant, and on the General list, and would
like nominate him as a proposed committer.
[SHORT-TERM PLAN]
If no more discussion is forthcoming on the General list, I would
suggest that we ask a PMC committer member to bring the Commons proposal
up for a vote, as soon as the new roster is finalized (Sam updates the
Web site).

Ted, Thanks. I would like to be on the list of committers. I dropped off
the discussion at the time to get Ant 1.3 out the door. Now I have more
time, I would like to be involved.
