Hi Library List,

I've been reading the discussion about the upcoming Booksprint with interest.
I wish I could join you in Austin, but I'm here in beautiful rural Montana
sanding logs in our log cabin.

However, If you would like me to take a look at your work for suitability for
"n00bs", I could help via email. I should mention that in my working life
(sanding logs isn't working?) I did a lot of computer (and other technology)
staff training and teaching for both teachers and children. I also have a
couple of years of working as a writer for The Ventura County Star (a
Scripps-Howard publication). So...if you would like to run stuff by me, I'd be
happy to assist in polishing (preliminary editing) the final version.

Other comments...

It seems the guide to getting started on the XO should definitely be the focus.
The XS is also very important, but that material isn't as urgent and can be
made available, when it is ready, on the wiki with a reference to the location
in the XO manual.

And, I can't resist...

"Plus, which "advanced user" actually reads a manual? That just for the
n00bs, right? ;-)"... Christoph Derndorfer

Men don't ... women do!
