Can you tell them that's a silly request? A screenshot, by definition, is limited to the screen resolution. If it's too hard to educate their art department, just make a screenshot and adjust the dpi in PhotoShop to 300. They won't notice. Or do what OLPC's PR does, fake the screenshots in illustrator. Eben certainly has a lot of them lying around. If you *really* wanted to get fancy, run Sugar inside a VNC server of say 12000x9000 pixels at 2000 dpi. Sugar is designed to be scalable to all resolutions so in theory this should work.
