I was looking for info about the power button, so I googled site:www.laptop.org power button
and got no results. But http://www.laptop.org/8.2.0/manual/XO_Starting.html should be the first result! It seems Google doesn't index *any* of the http://www.laptop.org/8.2.0/manual/ !? Try searching for any phrase from the manual in quotation marks; I get a result from en.flossmanuals.net but never anything from the manuals on laptop.org. Very strange. There's nothing in robots.txt or the text that seems to tell Google "Don't index this manual". I used the new Google 'Add a result' button to add a search result, but I shouldn't have to do this. search.yahoo.com gives better results, it seems to be a Google-only thing. Maybe it's due to the *extremely* garbled broken HTML of the manual. I mentioned before the duplicated blank <title> tags, now I see there are there are two <head> sections as well, and one is outside the <html> wrapper. Given bad enough HTML, automated systems will ignore it. Anne Gentle has indicated better HTML is available, _who_ can get it on the web site?* Also, I noticed that in the few results that Google does return, some are in www.laptop.org/teamwiki/ , which gives me a 404.
