Hello, I have just released Read 56, for the OLPC XO OS 8.2.x series.
Apart from a few bugfixes, this release has support for bookmarks. A screenshot of a bookmarked document is at http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/read_bookmarks.png With this release, you will be able to add bookmarks, remove them, and navigate within the document on the basis of the bookmarks (jump to next/previous bookmark). The next release will contain support for notes to go with the bookmarks.
