Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26374 (project librefm):
Should we add journal support at all?
Could we not be a bit smarter and integrate with an existing service?
e.g. if you tell libre.fm your identi.ca/laconica account, then it will
automatically display your 10 most recent status updates at
/user/$username/journal.
They have a great API for this kind of thing.
If identi.ca / laconica support OAuth or similar, then we could even securely
push messages back.
