Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26421 (project librefm):
A PHP accelerator will not make much difference - they only cache the
compiled PHP code. With an accelerator, the code is still *executed* every
time the page is requested. It is the execution which is slow (because it
makes an HTTP request to a third-party server), not the compilation.
