Yes. Of course it should be part of account deletion as well, but you
shouldn't have to delete your account to delete your data.
Deleting for example a specific artist or specific track, however, should be
separate from the "delete all my data" feature.
Deleting specific artists/tracks/albums (etc?) would work better on a page
(or pages) where you could browse all your gobbles.
