Hello :D, I have a recommendation for the libre.fm stats page on a user's profile that I feel would be a good edge to differentiate ourselves from the last.fm service.
It would be nice having charts showing developments of listening data over time, such as most popular genres over time. Coupling this with the existing listening information can provide a basis for better music recommendations. For example, certain genres that were previously popular with this user may not be relevant for recommendations anymore. The result would be more recommendations that fit what the user wants right now, and less (but still some) of what they used to like. It could also be turned around to recommend only music that is NOT of that genre and NOT of these artists, perhaps the user could choose this as a setting. What do you think of this?
