[Libreboot] How to make custom ROM for Thinkpad T60

Hi to all.

I want to install libreboot in my thinkpad T60. But when I'm going to 
select the ROM, there are no one for my keyboard (qwerty, es_ES).
How can I build my own rom for support this keyboard?
