[Libreboot] 82-g5090b51 t400 report

The file
'libreboot_experimental-82-g5090b51_grub_t400_8mb/t400_8mb_deqwertz_vesafb.rom'
is functional for flashing but I don't see if suspend and
recovery from it works. I made the test by closing the lid while
the laptop was running on battery but I failed to recover the
state... but maybe I was just too impatient or pressed the wrong
keys.
