As far as I know, all X200 BIOSes without whitelists (that aren't libreboot) are just modified proprietary BIOSes, but all uploads online are so old so they've mostly been removed from the hosts. http://www.endeer.cz/bios.tools/bios.html is a guide to thinkpad BIOS hacking, though.
