Typically this should be done over TFTP because some times the size of
the incoming image is greater than available RAM. If TFTP is an option
(and you have soldered a serial cable, etc..) then try it over the
admin upgrade page. Otherwise you may have to risk flashing over the
web admin page. I'd recommend performing a factory reset before
flashing. Hoping to hear good news after you try it :)
