Hi, we are from the GauchoCAD team [1] we are trying to use the library 
to be able to read and write dwg files.
At the moment we only read dwg and represent the entities with OpenGL, 
we use Gambas3 for development.
So I think we are at least one example of a program that uses the 
library (still partially). I know there are more CAD out there that use 
it with different levels of implementation, but I will only speak for 
our project, which is the one I know well.
