I regret that I won't be able to assist you much. I checked both links and indeed those accounts have been created. Ubuntu has AC/DC scrobbles from about four hours ago as of this writing. It seems that Rhythmbox is scrobbling successfully. I also logged in with my account and had no issues doing so. It does not seem to be a server issue. When you used Android to connect was it through the phone carrier? I'm thinking maybe your ISP is messing with it somehow, although, of course, I cannot substantiate that claim.
