Connecting your librefm account to a lastfm account only forwards new
scrobbles; it doesn't copy historical data.
I was able to import my lastfm scrobbles to librefm using some
unsopported tools. They might help you do the reverse thing as well.

accounts and librefm seemed to be the stop-gap between exporting from
the old account and importing to the new.
Right now all my data is sitting in my librefm account, and while I
have connected it to lastfm, the data doesn't seem to be moving
anywhere.
