reproduce it:
- new document
- insert frame
- set the frame border line to one of the double line, and apply it to the 4
box borders
- save the doc and close it
- reopen it: no frame border
The bugs doesn't happen with all the border type, it doesn't with the simple
line one, with the dots one; it happens with various double line ones.
