rtf with a comment.
when attempting to open an rtf document with comments regardless of what
program put them there, libreoffice cannot read them (show comments button
grayed out).
It CAN write comments as can be seen in the attached document, but cannot read
them back.
The closest reference I found to this problem was Bug 33463, but this seams to
be different from the docx bug where comments weren't being written.
opening the document with kwrite I can see the comment "Testing comments" is
there.
