Steps to reproduce:
1. Submit a Bug using the Assistant
2. Browse for an Attachment in Step 7
3. Wait for panes for short description and comment, but nothing
appears, yo only can "Upload" and default comment
"SCREENSHOT / SCREENSHOT COMMENT" will appear in Bugzilla
