Problem description:
When I open a new (empty) document through right-click/New/Open Document Text,
instead of creating an empty new document, LO opens an existing document
already created, always the same. This "bug" appeared with Ooo, which I
uninstalled through Windoxs 7 panel, plus suppressing the C/Users/User's
name/AppData/Roaming/OpenOffice dossier.
Steps to reproduce:

Current behavior:
Opens an existing file through right-click
Expected behavior:
Creates a new, empty file
