I have tried and can't block select a range of cells inside the function wizard
using the shift-arrow keys. To reproduce just open the function wizard and
select the FREQUENCY function. The select the DATA field and click on any cell.
You should now be able to move around using the arrow keys and by using the
shift and arrow key block select a range of cells. This does not work.
