Example file with exernal reference (Question.ods)
When an ods file containing external references is exported to Excel, the sheet
name in the formula of the reference is lost when the file is reopened in
LibreOffice, and the external reference does not work anymore.
How to reproduce:
- save the attached files 'Question.ods' and 'Answer.ods' in the same directory
- open 'Question.ods'
- accept to update external references
- check cell A2:
- value is: 42
- formula ends with: Answer.ods'#$AnswerSheet.B1
- File / Save as... / format : Excel 97 => Question.xls
- File / Open : Question.xls
- accept to update external references
- check cell A2:
- value appears as #REF !
- formula ends with: Answer.ods'#$''.B1
The attached files Question.ods and Answer.ods have been created with
LibreOffice 3.3.4 / OOO330m19 (Build: 401) as bundled with Ubuntu 11.04.
