These bitmaps in the .src files, and code and definitions associated with
BMP_FRAME_ANCHOR need removing. The icons themselves are high visibility 'no
icon' icons, and we shouldn't be dragging them around. Hopefully we can bin
some unused code associated with them too.
Shouldn't be too hard I hope :-)
