A sample Document with an Arabic word and a "Grow With Color" effect that shows
the problem when previewed very clearly
Problem description:
Using Impress Custom Animation and assigning some effects like "Bold Reveal",
"Grow With Color", "Color Over by Letter", "Color Over by Word" and Shimmer
would reverse Arabic letters
Steps to reproduce:
1. Type or paste any Arabic text
2. Apply the effect "Color Over by Letter"
3. The preview shows the Arabic letters in reverse direction
Current behavior:
Arabic letters are reversed with some effects
Expected behavior:
Arabic is an RTL and effects should be applied in a right to left direction
