If you simply open this file, confirm there is a header, save it as docx,
reopen, header gone.
Problem description: Opened a specific docx that has a fairly simple header,
coincidentally having a small graphic in it but also other text. Save as docx.
Open saved file. Header gone... totally empty header. Also a problem with
3.3.3. Tried on a trivial file with trivial header and not a problem. problem
docx attached.
