Problem description:
Can not select text with mouse, text is typed over inserted picture with wrap
in background select as wrap options
Steps to reproduce:
1. insert picture
2. select "in background" in picture wrap options
3. type text over picture
4. after that can not select text with mouse when mouse pointer is over any
part of the picture
