They were under the 'Certifications' menu entry (upper right of home page). Again, downloade/copied a bunch of them and inserted into individual LibreOffice docs, everything looks fine. Then when we go back to look at the documents (and insert into other applications), the graphics (jpgs) are gone. The weird thing is, *some* docs open/display okay, and others are missing the jpgs. Don't think I did anything differently, it was a time when I was opening/saving probably 12-15 of them, and did the same process on all of them.
