Prior to 3.4.3, I could scale videos once inserted into a presentation by
selecting the dropdown box in the Media Playback toolbar.
Now that dropdown box is greyed out.
The option to selected "Scaled" is present in 3.3 and, according to other
users, in 3.4 under Linux. So this could be just a problem in Windows.
