excel spreadsheet that exhibits macro problem

Attached is a ms excel spreadsheet that presents errors when opening the
document due to the macro.  The error is... "BASIC syntax error - symbol [a100]
already defined differently."  I did not author the macro but I know that it
does in fact work in excel.
