If I choose to generate the footnotes at the end of the document instead of at
each page, LibreOffice always generates the footnote numbering per chapter.
Choosing per page or per document has no effect.
So the numbering is broken. It does not use the settings in Extra,
foot/endnotes.
Sadly, I am not able to publish my book with 276 footnotes.
