The following error message pops up when I try to open, document, spreadsheets.
The application cannot be started. A general error occurred while accessing
your central configuration.
LibreOffice was working then it stopped. I have uninstalled all components and
reinstalled and am still getting the same error. I am now unable to create,
edit or view documents and spreadsheets.
