As in the summary, Cross-reference window won't close when the 'Close' button
is pressed.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Writer;
Open the Cross-reference menu via Insert>Cross-reference...;
Click the 'Close' button;
Expected result: window closes
Actual happens: window does not close, and if the main application is closed
and restarted, the same menu appears again on top.
