Bug #: 43664
Summary: FILESAVE Cannot export to pdf from writer
Classification: Unclassified
Product: LibreOffice
Version: LibO 3.5.0 Beta0
Platform: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS/Version: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
I run LibreOffice 3.5beta0 from the official site. Installed in parallel to my
distro provided LibreOffice 3.4.4 (Opensuse 12.1 that is) and also in parallel
to 3.3.4 installed from the project website. But this should be irrelevant.
When I try to export a writer document to pdf I get the following message: "The
file has been changed since it was opened for editing in Libreoffice. Saving
your version of the document will overwrite changes made by others. Do you want
to save anyway?"
When I click save anyway, I get an Write error.
I have to say, that this happens even if I try to export directly after opening
the file. My user profile is distinct for each Libreoffice version I have
installed. I can export the file normally to pdf using either of the other
versions. I can export Calc files to pdf using 3.5beta.
