Right-click in the data source (where Bibliography is) and select 'Registered databases'. Click 'New' and browse to where your existing .odb is located. Select the .odb & click OK. Verfify that it works by selecting the database and viewing Tables. If so, from there you should be able to File|New|Label|Labels|Database and select the database that you just added. Note: I can't get File|New|Label to work from Writer, I have to go back to the main menu and select it from there.
