Broken file

The attached file was saved with MS Word from a docx that had an editable form,
and the rest of the document had a password for modification.

When saving, word protects the entire document instead in the .doc version.

When I open the file with libreoffice, I can see it but I cannot edit it,
getting only a cryptic non-explanatory message saying "Readonly content cannot
be changed. No modifications will be accepted".

This happens even if I have the "Edit file" option enabled in the toolbar,
there seem to be no enabled security options in the document properties, and I
see nowhere the option to edit the file, nor any option to enter the password
(although this is a drm-like password, that libreoffice should be able to
ignore if the user requires it).
