Problem description:
The Odb files for databases have lost the file association on windows.
Steps to reproduce:
0. Download LibO-Dev_3.5.0beta1_Win_x86_install_multi.msi
1. Install typical installation
2. Browser on the system for a folder with database files.
Current behavior:
Double click ask for program to execute
Expected behavior:
Double click on a ODB file start Base
Platform:
Windows XP 32Bit.
