Read -Error on opening the file in LibO3.4
All ODF files created in LibO3.5.0B1 and saved with a password not opening in
LibO3.4.x.
Steps to reproduce this bug:
* Create any file in LO 3.5.0B1.
* Save the file with a password.
* Open the file with LO 3.4
* A read-error message appears.
Expected Result:
Open the file and prompt for a password.
NOTE:
* Files created with LO3.4 can be opened in LO3.4 and LO3.5
* Files created with LO3.5 can be opened only in LO3.5
