I can not confirm this problem with

Redrawing on window resize is not ideal and there can be brief artifacts and
wrong display of UI elements but LO is quick enough to redraw, that I would
call this worksforme.
This may have improved since there were a few skia fixes since this was filed
and Patrick did some skia related fixes around redrawing and updating window
content I think.
@Telesto: can you also confirm this with main builds on a current macOS
version?
